METRO ELECTRICAL MARKETING AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Position: Marketing and Customer relations
At Metro Electrical 24 Hour Electricians we are seeking a marketing and customer relation to become a part of our team. We are seeking an applicant who eager to learn, emerging current marketing trends, has strong communication skills who is able to multi-task, has great computer skills, shows close attention to detail while presenting great presentation skills. An applicant that has the proactive and can-do attitude who will have the ability to carry out all duties.
Metro Electrical Marketing and Customer relations role will include:
- Manage and coordinate marketing activities for the business
- Operational implementation of the off-line and online marketing
- Responsible for maintaining brand management and corporate identity
- Give direction to, and manage relationship with, graphic designers, PR agencies and advertising partners.
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including product brochures, newsletters, press releases, social media campaigns and email campaigns.
- Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
- Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails and reports in order to analyse the performance of communication actions put in place
- Content writing and website maintenance
Marketing and Customer relations Position:
- 38 hour week + over time

- Marketing and Customer relations $35 per hour + super + holidays
